We have a no refund/exchange/return policy as our products are made to order. We will however, refund or replace the product if there is a manufacturing defect.
Damages and issues
We have a 10-day replacement/refund policy for products with manufacturing defects, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Send a photo of the product with the defect visible to email@example.com and let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement.
We will notify you once we’ve received your complaint, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
